Lip liner lovin’

Until this year I had never worn a lip liner in my life. But now these pencil beauties are an ESSENTIAL in my make-up bag. Here are my favourite lip liners and how I like to wear them! What are your favourites?!

MAC Soar (£13)

Made famous by Kylie Jenner, this lipliner is the one I reach for most out of my collection. It is a mid-tone nude pink with purple and brown undertones. This makes it PERFECT for the ever- so- in- right- now ’90’s look. It’s long wearing (although this does mean it is slightly drying if worn all over the lips) and really helps to make lips look full!

Goes well with Mac Brave, Mac Cremesheen Glass Delight , Rimmel Kate Moss 08 (which is one of my all time favourite lipsticks! Rimmel Heather Shimmer.

This also looks fab all over the lips for a matte look and doesn’t budge all day!

Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Liner Velvet Beige (£3.99)

This is a pinky/brown product with shimmer running through it. It is super creamy and feels really nice to apply, although this does make it run out faster! But it is a super affordable high street product so definitely worth getting!

Goes well with Rimmel Asia 

Another product perfect for wearing all over the lips. As it is creamy it doesn’t dry out the lips as much as other lip liners.

Barry M Lipliner Mulberry (£2.99)

This product is the cheapest of all the lipliners in my favourites, so if you are looking for a more affordable product, this is the hidden gem you should get! The colour in these is very pigmanted so you will get a full, strong colour for less than £3! This is the most recent addition to my lip liner collection, so I opted for a purple toned autumnal colour and it is fab!

So far I have only worn this product by itself so I would love any suggestions for any other lip products it would look good with?!

MAC Ruby Woo (£13)

I don’t often wear a red lipliner, but on those days I want a more precise and stand out lip, this is the product I use. It is super matte and is described by Mac as a “vivid blue red”. As it is so matte it has great staying power.

Goes well with MAC Ruby Woo lipstick (obvs!), MAC Red.
